- Showgrounds and agricultural shows. The defining venue type of the region: large outdoor sites with an established programme of arena entertainment, family audiences and a tradition of headline attractions. This is the most natural fit for the Wheel of Death as an arena headline.
- Convention and exhibition centres. The indoor option, and the only one that reliably clears high-altitude requirements. Suits the full grand circus programme.
- Festivals and city events. Summer outdoor programming, often built around a headline stunt act and a night finale.

Both countries apply strict biosecurity controls to incoming equipment, and this is where touring productions most often lose time.
- Timber and packing materials are subject to treatment requirements before entry. Untreated crating can be refused or held for fumigation.
- Soil and plant residue on apparatus, tyres, cables and rigging has to be cleaned and, where required, declared. A steel sphere that has sat on muddy ground in another country is not automatically a clean import.
- Documentation is checked against the equipment, so the packing list has to match what actually ships.
The mitigation is straightforward but must be planned early: clean and inspect the equipment before packing, use compliant packing material, and build the clearance window into the schedule rather than discovering it on arrival.

- Performance and site approvals. Handled by the showground, venue or local promoter. We supply the apparatus specifications, load calculations, crew credentials and safety method statement for their application.
- Equipment entry. Professional apparatus travels for re-export under an ATA Carnet where applicable, subject to the biosecurity treatment above.
- Insurance. Performance liability and third-party liability, with certificates issued before load-in.
- Local partner. Ticketing, marketing, site permissions and liaison stay local; technical delivery is turnkey from our side — apparatus, artists, rigging crew and safety officer.

Yes — this is the format the act is built for. A large outdoor showground provides the clear height that indoor venues often cannot, and the act gives the arena programme a headline moment with a fixed daily slot.
What is the biggest schedule risk?
Biosecurity clearance on incoming equipment. Timber packing, soil residue and documentation are all checked, and a hold for fumigation can cost days. Clean the equipment before packing and build the window into the plan.
Does the act involve animals?
No. Our programmes are entirely mechanical and human-performed. No animals are involved, which removes the most complex import and licensing category entirely.
How far ahead should a summer or Easter booking start?
Six months or more for a major show window. Those periods are the densest in the regional calendar, and both freight capacity and site availability tighten around them.
Is there an advantage to touring this region from the northern hemisphere?
Yes — the seasons are inverted. December to February is the regional peak and the northern off-season, which makes it a practical window for a European or Asian producer.
