European circus demand concentrates in two windows, and they buy different things.
- The Christmas season (roughly November to early January) is the commercial heart of the market. Cities, venues and promoters programme circus as family holiday entertainment, often as a fixed annual production with a seated audience and a ticketed run. This is where a full programme, or a headline act inside someone else's show, fits best.
- Summer outdoor programming (May to September) is built around city festivals, county and agricultural shows, balloon and air events, and motorsport weekends. Here the buyer wants a crowd-pulling arena act rather than a theatre show — which is exactly the slot the Wheel of Death and the Globe of Death are built for.
Between the two sits the touring big-top circuit: promoters who move a tent from town to town across a season and need a complete programme rather than a single act.

检验、消防与合规Inspection, fire and compliance
Europe is not one regulatory market — it is a patchwork of national and regional regimes, and the paperwork is a planning item, not a formality.
- Temporary structures. Big tops in several countries must satisfy structural and fire-safety requirements, including flame-retardant certification for the fabric. We hold and supply the material certificates.
- Apparatus inspection. Rigging, wheels, spheres and lifting points are subject to periodic inspection in most markets. Our three-stage inspection record — pre-show, between-show and weekly deep maintenance — is documented and available for the local inspector.
- Working conditions. Crew working hours, rest periods and minimum rates vary by country. This sits in the budget from the start, not in the variation later.
- Insurance. Performance and third-party liability, with certificates issued ahead of load-in.

- Site. Hard-standing ground of at least 60 m × 45 m, with vehicle access and services. Our own tent seats 1,000.
- Run. A touring stop is measured in weeks, timed to a holiday peak or a local festival, not in single evenings.
- Local partner. Ticketing, local marketing, site permissions and municipal liaison are handled locally; the show itself is delivered turnkey by us.
- Freight. The apparatus travels as one self-contained package with its own crew, so the load-in does not depend on local rigging suppliers.

Is the Christmas season really the priority in Europe?
For a seated, ticketed family audience, yes. It is the densest window in the market and the one most promoters plan a full year ahead. Summer outdoor programming is the other main window, with a different buyer and a different format.
Can you supply acts for a single outdoor event rather than a full programme?
Yes. Single-act licensing is the most common way European engagements start — a headline stunt act inside a festival or county show, with no tent and no touring involvement.
Do you tour your own big top in Europe?
We can. The touring configuration stages the full grand circus programme in our own 1,000-seat tent, on a hard-standing site of at least 60 m × 45 m, with a local partner handling the market side.
What inspection paperwork can you supply?
Apparatus specifications, load calculations, material certificates for the tent, the documented three-stage inspection record, crew credentials and insurance certificates. These are issued against the specific host requirements.
How far ahead should a Christmas production be booked?
Six months or more for a new production, since it involves site survey, technical planning, logistics and local filings. For a returning act inside an existing show, the window is shorter.
