It is whether the structure can carry it, whether the show blocks circulation, and how many times a day you can turn the audience over. 别把动线演成了堵点Programming without blocking the circulation
- Footprint versus walkway. The performance area and its safety ring are mapped against your existing circulation before the layout is fixed.
- Show times follow footfall, not the clock. Sets are placed at the peaks you name, not at convenient hours for the crew.
- Tenant sightlines. Where a show blocks a neighbouring unit, we re-angle the performance area rather than argue about it.
- Fire and egress rules are absolute. Exits, escape routes and firefighting access are never part of the performance footprint, and the local code always governs.
一天多场怎么排Several short shows a day
- Three to five short sets a day at weekends and during campaign periods — typically 10 to 15 minutes each, plus a longer evening show after trading hours where the mall wants an event.
- Reset time is the constraint, not performing time. Rigged acts need a proper reset window between shows; ground acts can turn over much faster.
- The same set can run all day, which is usually the better value: one package, rehearsed once, performed repeatedly at each footfall peak.

- Rigging loads need the building's written confirmation. Where that cannot be given, ground support is the answer — it adds setup time but removes the structural question entirely.
- Power: 380 V / at least 150 kW on a dedicated circuit for the rigged acts; the ground formats need far less.
- Working-at-height and hot-work permits are produced as part of the technical pack.
- Noise limits and trading-hour curfews shape the music and the running order — tell us the limit and we will program within it.
- Contractor paperwork and insurance: performance liability and third-party liability are in place, and we complete the mall's own induction and permit process.
档期与提前量Campaign dates and lead time
Retail programming runs on hard dates. The windows that fill first are Lunar New Year, Christmas and the year-end trading period, school holidays, and the Ramadan and Eid periods. For those, book two to four months ahead.
Short-notice activations are realistic with the ground-based formats, where freight and cast travel are lighter. For the rigged acts, a rushed booking is a bad booking — the site check, the permits and the freight all need room.

Only if the atrium has at least 15 m of clear height and the building can carry the rig load, confirmed in writing. If it cannot, we will say so immediately and propose what the space can actually take.

The Globe of Death where a 6 m diameter footprint and a level surface are available and the audience can reach 500 or more; otherwise ground-based programming, which is what most atriums are built for.
How many shows can you perform in a day?

Do you need to hang equipment from the mall structure?
Only with the building's written confirmation of the load capacity. Where that is not available, we use ground support — slower to set up, but it removes the structural question.

How early should a holiday campaign be booked?
Two to four months. Lunar New Year, Christmas and year-end trading, school holidays and the Eid periods are the first to go, and the rigged acts carry the longest freight lead time.
Can you work with our existing AV and event contractor?
Yes. We supply the technical and safety documentation they need, and we work to the venue's own induction and permit process.
